We offer a range of specialist palliative and end of life care services to patients and individuals who meet our referral criteria, and their families.

Core Services

Our care encompasses symptom management, emotional and psychological support, social care, spiritual care and practical support.

Our multiprofessional team consists of medical, nursing, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, pharmacist, social worker, chaplaincy, music therapy, art therapy and bereavement support staff, as well administrative staff and a large team of volunteers.  We have dedicated nurses working in each of our areas. Whilst not every service has the full complement of the multiprofessional team, the doctors, therapy staff and other team members work across the majority of areas.
